- Pledge of Allegiance: John Abram Earle

- Laying of the Wreath: US Army/Navy/Marine Recruiters
- POW Ceremony: 593 American Legion Post Grambling, Ret. SFC Ronnie Lyons and Ret. Col. Ewing Collier
- Introduction of Mayor Ronny Walker: Logan Johnson
- Welcome: Mayor Ronny Walker
- Introduction of Speaker: Alderwoman Angela Mayfield
- Guest Speaker: Nell Chennault Calloway, granddaughter of President/CEO of Chennault Aviation & Military Museum General Claire Chennault
